About the event
Please join us for our Annual Parish Meeting. After the Eucharist, we will share a parish dinner together, followed by the official business meeting. Whether you come for both or only for the meeting itself, your presence is valued. We will also be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Fr. Lew's ordination to the priesthood.
The 2026 Annual Parish Meeting of St. James Episcopal Church will be held on Sunday, January 25, at 11:40 a.m. the parish hall. Dinner will be served immediately following the Eucharist, with the meeting beginning at the stated time.
This meeting is required by the canons of the Episcopal Church and the bylaws of St. James Episcopal Church. At this gathering, leadership will present annual reports, the parish budget will be reviewed, and elections for vestry and delegates to the diocesan convention will be conducted.
