2026 Stewarship Campaign
Stewardship is part of our shared life in Christ. Each year we, the people of St. James, make a financial pledge to support the worship, mission, ministries, and outreach of our parish. Your pledge—of any size—helps us plan faithfully for the year ahead and sustain the work God has entrusted to us. Thank you for supporting our common mission with gratitude, generosity, and hope.
In addition to their faithful support of St. James, our members share generously with an extraordinary range of charities. The list below reflects just how deeply this parish cares for the world around us.

Spiritual Care and Support
This space is especially for members of St. James. Here you can share prayer requests to be included in our weekly emailed prayer list, and find the Book of Common Prayer online for your own devotion.
While intended for our parish family, others are always welcome to join us in prayer and reflection.

Serve in Worship
Worship at St. James is the work of the whole community, and there are many ways to share your gifts. Parishioners and visitors alike are invited to join in our liturgical ministries — each one helping to make our worship reverent, welcoming, and beautiful.

-
Ushers – welcome worshippers, distribute bulletins, assist with the offering, and help all feel at home.
-
Lectors – read the appointed lessons from Scripture during worship. Training provided.
-
Acolytes – assist at the altar by carrying the cross, lighting candles, and supporting the liturgy. Youth and adults are welcome.
-
Altar Guild – prepare the altar, vestments, and vessels so our worship may be offered with reverence and care.
If you feel called to serve in one of these ministries, please speak with Fr. Lew after a service or contact the parish office. Training and support are always provided — all that’s needed is a willing heart.
Take St. James with You
