If you need a baptismal, wedding, or burial record, we will be glad to assist you. Please complete our request form with as much information as possible to help us locate the record quickly. We will respond within one week.
Because these records are confidential, only the individual who is the subject of the record may request access. (This restriction may not apply to genealogy requests.)

Requests for genealogy may take longer, depending on the amount of time required for the search.
